1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Happy-Paws services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

The Happy-Paws provides professional pet training services including but not limited to:

• In-home pet training sessions
• Behavioral consultation and correction
• Puppy training and socialization
• Advanced obedience training
• Online training resources and support

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking

• All training sessions must be booked in advance
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Training schedules are subject to trainer availability

Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service booking
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• Package deals must be paid in full before the first session
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined below

5. Refund Policy

• Full refunds available within 48 hours of first session if unsatisfied
• Package refunds prorated based on unused sessions
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Medical emergencies may qualify for full refunds regardless of timing

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pet's health and behavior history
• Ensure your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations
• Maintain a safe environment for training sessions
• Follow trainer instructions and practice between sessions
• Notify us immediately of any changes in your pet's behavior or health

7. Liability and Insurance

The Happy-Paws carries professional liability insurance. However, clients acknowledge that pet training involves inherent risks. We are not liable for injuries to persons or property that may occur during or as a result of training sessions, except in cases of proven negligence.

8. Guarantee Policy

We guarantee improvement in your pet's behavior when our training methods are followed consistently. If you are not satisfied with the results after completing a full training package, we will provide additional sessions at no charge or issue a partial refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All training materials, methods, and content provided by The Happy-Paws are proprietary and protected by copyright. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 24 hours notice. The Happy-Paws reserves the right to refuse service to clients whose pets pose a safety risk or whose behavior is inappropriate toward our staff.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which services are provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.
